Brief Profile

With more than 16years of experience, Dr. Bhatia is having both academic as well corporate experience, at national & international level. His research and teaching interest mostly involve Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, Family Business and Copreneurship. He has authored and co-authored several papers on Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual intelligence, employee’s intention to leave etc. in reputed journals and books published under banner of publishers like Springer, IGI Global, Sage, Bloomsbury etc. He has been actively involved in policy drafting for Govt. of Jharkhand in recent past. He has been actively involved in national/international collaborative projects with University of Washington, IIM Ranchi and National Science Centre in Poland. He has been invited for lectures sessions and as expert at institutions and organizations like Indian Institute of Management - Ranchi (IIM-R), ISM Dhanbad (IIT-ISM Dhanbad), Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Birsa Agricultural University Ranchi, Xavier Institute of Social Services Ranchi, IIITM-Gwalior, Amity University-Ranchi, VIT-Business School – Vellore etc. He has also acted as resource person for various organizations, training centres and bodies like UGC-HRD Centre Ranchi University for Orientation & Refresher Courses, Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) for Research Methodology Workshops, Department of Sciences and Technology for Entrepreneurship Workshop, Jharkhand Judicial Academy for training of Judges and judicial staff members of Jharkhand, RDCIS-Steel Authority of India Limited and Indian Institute of Coal Management , Coal India Limited etc. He is actively involved in the Training & Placement Cell, Institution’s Innovation Council and Alumni Cell at Central University of Jharkhand. He is currently editorial board member for the Journal of Advanced Research in HR and Organizational Management, Journal of Advanced Research in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, & SMES Management and acted as SAGE Article Editor for SAGE Open (2016).
