Brief introduction   Prof. Bhagwan is a dynamic person having versatile experience of more than 20 Years in academia bearing experience of the University Administration viz-a-viz Dean, School of Management Studies (SMS), CUJ & Head, Department of Business Administration (DBA), SMS, CUJ, Former Finance Officer (I/c), Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ), Ranchi & AC member of Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ), Ranchi.
In his prior organization of Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP), Dharmshala, H. P. he was EC & AC Member, Elected University Court Member, Founder Dean of School of Commerce & Management Studies (SCMS) & Head of Department of Marketing & Supply Chain Management (MSCM), SBMS and Chairman of various committees. He was Coordinator of MOOCs Prakoshtha of CUHP and was ex-officio Chairman of the School Board of the SCMS and Ex-officio members for the other departments/Centres within the SCMS.
He is State Student Coordinator (SSC) of Jharkhand (2020-21) and was SSC of Himachal Pradesh, CSI (2019-2020). He has also been Former Chairman & Vice Chairman, Computer Society of India (CSI), Varanasi Chapter, Region – I.
He has introduced CRISP Model for Research/Thesis/Project (RTP) presentation which is flourishing and being welcomed & adopted by Central/Regional/State Universities and reputed esteemed Colleges/ Organization/ Government of India.
